Our partners
Two main partners have supported the European Microfinance Network from the beginning:
- The French "Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations"
- The European Commission
This support was vital both for the launch of the network as well as for its continuing development. EMN has received grants for the following programmes:
- SME and Employment Programme from the "Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations";
- Transnational Exchange Programme - 2002 from the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities;
- INTI Project to improve microfinance service delivery to immigrant populations;
- Transnational Exchange Programme - 2004 from the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, in partnership with MFC and CDFA;
- Gender Equality – 2006 from the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities
- Levi Strauss Foundation whose programmes are dedicated to social changes in communities;
